Getting started is easy. Here's some quick instructions:
- Download the device protection application by clicking on the link provided for your organization in the welcome email.
- Once downloaded, find the file in your "Downloads" folder. It should read "AgentSetup_YourCompanyName.exe".
- Double-click to begin the installation. Please note: The application installs silently. You will not see any progress bar appear while installing.
- If you are prompted to give elevated access to the application, please choose "Yes".
That's it! Once the application is installed, you will see a Tridium icon in your task tray like below:
