How do I request support from Tridium?
Not yet a client? Please give us a call at (800) 261-0443.
Existing clients can request support in two ways. The best way is via email, as this places your request directly into our support queue. Simply send an email to support@tridiumtech.com. Please include as much information as possible in your request.
If your corporate email account is inaccessible for some reason, please call us at (800) 261-0443 and someone will assist you with placing a ticket into the support queue.
Please note that only requests made by email or phone will be subject to the SLA, if one is in place. All requests made directly to any individual at Tridium will not be immediately placed into queue and will not be subject to any established SLA.
